WHEN LOVE EXPANDING LOVE HURTS

Upon hearing that Abolitionist, Harriet Tubman, will be the first woman to be on the face of a bill of US currency when she replaces former president Andrew Jackson, I wanted to know more about her. Although I earned in the 1960s a double major in college, one being history, I don’t remember hearing anything about her.

But, first I noticed that this announcement was made by the US Treasury, not the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve, a privately owned institution, has for decades unconstitutionally printed the US currency. Are all Americans about to be set free from debt slavery? A coincidence?…………

Looking at the images of Harriet Tubman strongly affected me. This determined, courageous woman is an outstanding example of LOVE EXPANDING LOVE; however, her face is full of pain. I decided the best way to get to know Harriet Tubman was to study the images of her and the words she spoke.
