As stated in my blog on our seven bodies, every sound within your environment causes your astral (emotional) body to vibrate … this vibration then affects your etheric body (where all dis-ease OR HEALING begins) … which then impacts your physical body. This is why listening to music with a high vibratory frequency is important to your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A part of LOVING YOUR BODY is to observe the impact the music to which you listen has on your emotions and therefore, on your body.
