May we all remember that it is natural to be angry over all the suffering the sociopaths (New World Order Leaders/Secret American Government ) have created, but most of all, remember that to hold on to that anger hurts us and hinders our own movement forward into LOVE & LIGHT. The vibratory rates of anger and the inability to forgive are low and will cause us to resonant to the lower dimensions.
I am, in no way, suggesting that we repress our anger; but that we recognize it … express it in HEALTHY ways (writing our VERY HONEST feelings in a journal, for example) … then call to the Transmuting Flame to transmute our energy of anger into energy of PEACE & LOVE.
