Selamat Jarin! We come before you once again to inform you about your world. The final battle between the dark's last minions and our Earth allies rages on. The open deceit, avarice, and arrogance of these shadowy ones are now very plain to see. Their strategy for victory still contains within it the seed of their inevitable defeat. Those fleet personnel assigned to monitor them have noticed increased caution and suspicion among them in the past few days, but their actions continue to confirm that they intend, by any means possible, to take the bait and its, as yet, undetected death trap. However, their natural leeriness has kept them from lunging outright for their intended "prey." So, the game is still afoot and we believe the moment we are waiting for is drawing near. During this time, our Earth allies are in the midst of subtle negotiations with this dark cabal to iron out any remaining difficulties. On another front, another set of talks is focusing on a more forceful implementation of the Agreement of 1998.

The untold wealth of the dark ones is their most powerful weapon; another advantage is the iron-fisted stranglehold on all major financial transactions that the present US regime gives them. Their bankers and financial allies are making it difficult to move large monetary resources around unless one belongs to their privileged circle. These conditions have both positive and negative aspects to them. It is essential to understand this point and to use one's acquired influence to ensure that needed funds are dispatched in approximately the same timeframes as planned. Our Earth allies are pulling out all the stops to put our joint end game into a position to succeed. The dark's wariness only slows down the timetable and does not put the operation on hold, and intelligence gathered by our fleet during this same time span confirms this. Therefore, the many arms of this operation are closing in for the coup de grace. The trap is ready to be sprung, and those intended for its jaws are getting closer every day.

This game of cat and mouse is truly amazing: We have not seen this amount of deceit and caution since the days of the now-defunct galactic wars. Even our former adversaries are most intrigued by what is going on. According to them, the behavior of these dark ones is typical of the modus operandi of the draconian empire, a former primary constituent of the ex-Ancharan Alliance. And it is this obvious affinity that makes them certain that the unbounded greed of the cabalists will trump their present circumspection. The amount of gold, natural resources, and territory involved are too tempting for them to pass up. The prospect of increasing their power and wealth to such a degree constitutes the perfect bait, which their arrogance will induce them to take. Once the trap is sprung, the many new enterprises, created to replace the dark's institutionalized control framework of the last five centuries, can come on line. Then the rapid redistribution of wealth and power among the peoples of Earth can build a firm foundation for your global democracies.

This future coalition of global democracies is a bedrock necessity for the many activities required of you by the Divine. Global cooperation and combined political will can permit you to solve your crises of pollution and shortages of water and energy. The release of technologies currently suppressed or hidden from you can make a difference, but their deployment relies on an unprecedented degree of international collaboration. Technology transfers, financial transactions, and governmental pacts must happen swiftly, without hindrance. Of equal import is the subject of preparing your world for first contact: a series of formal announcements, which ends the UFO cover-up and reveals our benevolent presence, is required on the part of the mass media and those government agencies that presently use fiction and innuendo to instill in the collective consciousness an effective jumble of denial and images of "monsters from outer space"! Wiping the slate clean on this subject prepares the ground for our own first contact announcements and allows us to overcome the current mass prejudice about who we are.

While all this is going on, we can move the initial phase of the off-world technology transfers through the major governments of your planet. In this way we can remain anonymous and use our special position to assure the Divine that the intent of Heaven is being carried out on your world. Heaven desires only your success. They have done much over the past 13 millennia to get you to where you are now, and our role has been to put into play certain consciousness patterns that, in the last decade, have eased your move toward your future goal. We are wrapping up this procedure now and preparing you for the actual first contact events. This move toward first contact is as much a consciousness operation as it is a physical one. We are making it possible for you as a people to make a collective leap toward full consciousness. As we mentioned before, this involves a leap of several centuries of evolution and is mandated by the Divine.

What this amounts to is your reunion with your full spiritual Self. You are to become a fully conscious Being destined to perform many sacred acts. These acts can permit the divine plan to unveil the next parts of this Creation. Hence, your move forward in consciousness is inherently necessary. This divine momentum sent us here well over a decade ago. We answered this clarion call and assembled the first contact fleet that is now parked throughout your solar system. While keeping most of our ships cloaked, we revealed enough of our fleet to your dark cabal so that they can see that we do not intend to leave until first contact and its attendant goals are fully affected. And so to the present, and the issues we discuss with you. It is time, dear Ones, for many miraculous things to happen!

You are not here to continue on down this grim and forbidding path; you are here to create a new world redolent of the Light, which fulfills the divine plan. This takes for granted a number of basic conditions, starting with the cornerstone of immense physical, mental, and spiritual abundance for all. In such a context, the insidious manipulations of the dark simply evaporate, along with greed, judgment, ignorance, and strife. In their place will come universal prosperity, a sense of connectedness, wisdom, and above all, an overt reverence for all Creation and, especially, the Creator! In a magnificent transformation, you are to become privy to the divine Truths of Heaven and Creation. You will become physical Angels, created to unfold the many wonders that constitute the divine plan.

This realm that we describe to you is getting close. Multitudes of likeminded beings join us in watching the progress of events on your world. We all see the shift in your reality that is quickly taking you toward your divine destiny. The break-up of your present global order is the usual way for a reality to transform itself into a new one. While this happens, its inhabitants can experience anything from mere frustration to great distress. Although we stand outside the often-overwhelming conditions of your world, we truly understand what you are going through. We deeply wish to assure you that this seemingly endless operation is coming to an end and that marvelous things are about to manifest! Together, We are indeed Victorious!

Be patient, centered, and joyously focused on your most deeply desired goals. The greatest of wonders are almost upon you! We now retire.
