Selamat Jarin! We return with more to tell you! The end of the month of Zac through the first part of the following month of Ceh is an important time in your history: Many things, both subtle and more overt, are scheduled to happen. Mother Earth is accelerating her preparations for a number of massive surface changes, which correspond with a series of measures that we have planned for this moment. The combination of the escalating economic chaos with the equally disturbing problems arising from your inability to curb your global pollution crises now demands swift action. Also, many plans have been put into motion by our Earth allies that warrant such actions, and our role is to ensure that these do indeed come into being. At present we are collaborating with them on these plans and firming up the back-up plans to support those who are on point and ready for the start of these activities. Further, our on-planet personnel are contacting those individuals whose participation in these plans is also deemed essential.

What we are talking about is a sequence of actions on the part of our Earth allies and us to make it possible for you to go to the next level of events that brings your planet to the brink of first contact. We cannot, of course, be more specific as a degree of obfuscation is still required. The dark has ears that are finely tuned to whatever we say on these vital subjects, and so we must remain somewhat vague in our messages to you. Nonetheless, know that a break in the current stalemate is being prepared for swift manifestation when agreed upon. In fact the early phases of this scenario are underway even as we speak. The success of these moves will determine what comes next. Our overall objective is to move your society toward first contact and, in so doing, to assist Heaven in her multifaceted plan to return you to full consciousness. This comprehensive modification of your reality is behind all that we have done to date and all that we are currently planning with our Earth allies. It is time this realm was moved into a more transitional stage in preparation for what the divine plan prophesies for you.

Full consciousness is something we have talked about at length with you. Heaven is now expanding upon the many changes that we described in our last message because your world needs to be awakened at a much swifter pace. On this front Heaven has encountered a few difficulties that she is now in the process of correcting. The resulting heightened level of consciousness has awakened some of your national populations to the rampant skullduggery, which has long been the modus operandi of the dark, and its many powerful earth minions. These dark ones are now being exposed, and the revelations are creating reverberations that the dark is finding increasingly hard to subdue. These tactical problems alerted the dark to the growing power and influence of the Light on your world, and the dark's reaction is to instigate measures to quell the advances of the Light. These include intensifying the mind-control methods of their worldwide psychic network and further tightening the daily global movement of money and similar transactions.

This showdown between Light and dark has been carried out in a way that, in our opinion, is taking far too long, and we feel that you concur with us. This is why we instituted the plan of action mentioned above. The original range of strategies begun a while ago is working; but these additional ones are deemed essential for moving your reality closer to first contact. As we have stated before, we deeply wish to engage in a more direct mode of contact with you, as it is much easier to interact with groups and individuals on a firsthand basis. A number of groups already have experience of this and we need to set up the means whereby more and more of you can gain experience in working with us. This can further our mutual causes and make it easier for the actual first contact operation to go off even more smoothly than now envisioned.

"Moving you toward first contact" is a phrase that means much to us. We have been through a great many revisions of our final plans for most effectively accomplishing this goal. The unique circumstances on your world made it necessary to take the step of explaining our position to our Earth allies. This mutual education process gave birth to a number of objectives, which then took on a logical order of priority. These many activities of high promise are currently underway and are to pave the way for other events that are intended to alleviate your world's present levels of distress. During this phase our joint intention is to "break through" at several critical points and allow for the change, which will be recognized as the harbinger of your new reality. These strategies are in full agreement with the divine plan's forecast for the way your reality is to be divinely transformed.

Changing your reality is at the core of what we are doing. All our plans and goals are tied into completing first contact and finishing your transition into fully conscious Beings of Light. Heaven has been quite detailed with us about how to do this; the procedure involves bringing in a great many layers of spiritual and physical changes. This, in turn, affects how your world operates: A more conscious populace is less inclined to accept at face value the pronouncements handed down by public and private officials, and this makes it more difficult for the dark to retain the amount of control it has been used to. This is where we currently stand. The next step is to capitalize on this growing public skepticism by putting in place instruments for change. The current set of plans was created to do this in the most effective way possible.

We are preparing your world for a shake-up in the way it views reality. As a reality changes, the agency of Heaven puts you in a place where you adapt quite naturally to the changes happening in your environment. This energy exchange is reciprocal and resembles the action of a Slinky toy moving downstairs: once started, the energy in the coil propels the onward motion (i.e. change) in the desired direction. As we watch this effect gain momentum, we are gratified to learn that our on-planet observers have come up with the same analogy. Armed with this reassurance we allowed the present line-up of actions to be launched with our full blessing. Hence, the time has come for your world to begin a grand reordering. And once this process is finished, the stage can be set for our first contact operations!

First contact is a step leading to your final metamorphosis into fully conscious Beings. Thus, the activities done in conjunction with our Earth allies to hasten first contact are high on our agenda. All the signs indicating that our upcoming plans fit appropriately into Heaven's schedule are present. Our priority is to follow Heaven's lead and achieve the directives she gives us. This course is not only most satisfying for us; it also permits us to move you ever closer to first contact. In a very real sense Heaven's Angels and Guardians can be regarded as the phalanx guiding us all to victory! Behind them are yourselves and your loving family of mentors, the first contact mission of the Galactic Federation of Light. The things that need to be done are being done! Remember, Together, We are indeed Victorious!

Today, we talked about what is going on around you. Never lose sight of the fact that we are always with you. A vast fleet of ships and a huge legion of proponents surround you, working hard to bring about the conditions for your transformation into fully conscious Beings of Light!
